    Hello HaruTheme,

Love the theme, however I’m having issues with having the logo correctly display. I’ve followed the video tutorial to no avail. After importing the demo, I’ve replaced the default Formota logo in Theme Options (as well as tried on the page itself), but the Formota logo still shows as default. When hovering over the header, the logo correctly changes to “XV,” but it will not remove the Formota logo on no hover.

Can you please advise / help with steps to fix this? Thank you!

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
That’s seem Logo in Page option override logo in Theme Options.
You can follow this video tutorial to change it:

Also our channel have more video tutorial to help you customize any section in page as you want: header, footer,…
    Hope this help you!

    Best regards,

Unfortunately, I’ve followed that video and the result is still the same. Can you take a deeper look at it? Currently the Formota original logo doesn’t exist anywhere on the page I’m editing nor in settings.

That’s seem you are not import Revolution Slider and it don’t display.
We have just imported for you follow this topic tutorial:
    http://harutheme.com/forums/topic/import-demo-manual-wordpress-theme/ (Step 5)
Also we saw you changed logo now: http://i.prntscr.com/YLylfG0vQfGy0aksHrqtdA.png
However the logo size is too large now. You can resize it.
Please delete cache, maybe it’s cause you don’t see your change:
    Hope this help you!

    Best regards,

I’m not sure why, but I still see the Formata logo. I deleted the cache through WordPress and my browser, but am still seeing the logo. See attached screenshot.

I do see where it has changed over the hover, just not as default.

Please send the url about this issue. But did you see your logo at homepage?

The Formata logo appears on all pages – it’s almost as if I hadn’t replaced it in the first place. I’m not able to see what you replicated in the screenshot you posted above: “http://i.prntscr.com/YLylfG0vQfGy0aksHrqtdA.png”

I’ve tried multiple browsers and clearing the cache on multiple browsers.

    How the home page appears:

Maybe your computer and browser got cache. Please disable cache plugin and check it again. You can use cache plugin after you finish your site.

I just disabled the cache plugin + completely cleared a separate browser of cookies/history. Still an issue. :(. I’m confused on why you wouldn’t see the Formata logo, but even after I clear the cache multiple times, I still see the logo. I had tried using this theme on another completely separate website and had the same issue.

I did a quick video so you could see how I clear my cache, log in and check: https://vimeo.com/294500672/2da72feab4

Please use incognito mode of Browser (Ctrl + Shift + N if use chrome) and check it again.
Did you check it on another computer?
You can edit an other section first because we make sure this is cache problem but not really know what happen now because you already changed logo in Theme Options.

I just checked via incognito mode on my computer, didn’t work.
Checked via another computer (both through a regular window and incognito) and it still didn’t work. 🙁

I was able to successfully edit text on Home-5: http://xvanthology.com/home-5. Wrote “THIS IS A TEST” As the first header and it was good.

The logo is the only thing I’m having an issue with, unfortunately.

Here is the logo at home 5 after change.
You can edit other content first. Please can you take the video to test about this logo issue. So we can have idea about the reason cause this.
