    Hi,
    Thanks for your feedback!
    We use mediaelementjs to display and play videos.
    So we search on google one of the reason can cause this issue on IE 11: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21783349/mediaelement-js-getting-nans-with-ie-11
    Also can you tell us more details, you use IE on window or macos,.. to help us can easy check it!

    I use it on windows 7 64bit. IE v11.6
    I don’t think IE exists on any platform other than windows.

    Hi this is urgent..
    I have installed polylang as you suggested and all was going great until I figured it deleted all the custom CSS you injected and also deleted the haru video catagories. I deactivated the plugin but the damage was done.

    Site is up and running now but the sticky header issue with no logo and the mobile menu that doesn’t need to be there problems came back. There was one another thing that you touched but I don’t remember.

    Could you please get back to me on these?

    Here is the code to make header working fine:

    header.header-1 {
    background-color: #1e1e1e;
}
header.header-1 .haru-header-wrapper .header-left .header-logo a img {
    padding-top: 15px!important;
    padding-bottom: 15px!important;
}
header.haru-main-header .haru-sticky-wrapper.is-sticky > .haru-header-nav-wrapper .header-logo a img {
    padding-top: 10px!important;
    padding-bottom: 10px!important;
}
.toggle-icon-wrapper .toggle-icon {
    display: none!important;
}

    You need add it in Theme Options -> General Settings -> Custom CSS.
    About IE 11 we are checking because all our developer use MacOS.

    thanks a lot. hope you feel better..
    one more question. since you said your developer is using mac, safari doesn’t play the opening revolution slider but chrome does which is the way I need it to be. any quick solution for this?

    Hi,
    Slider in our theme use Revolution Slider and that’s premium plugin from other author. Please make sure you updated plugin to latest version by delete then reinstall Revolution Slider plugin.
