    Maybe you updated WordPress to the latest version and it causes the issue.
    First of all please update theme & plugins to the latest version follow this topic:

    How to update WordPress theme Automatic from ThemeForest


    Please note you need to update Pricom theme, Haru Pricom plugins and other plugins too.
    If it still doesn’t work, We’ll continue check other issue for you.
