Adding a product from designer is slow and it is impossible to make an order

Hi,
I’ve problem with making orders from deisgner.
When the project from designer is made and added to basket it stops at “saving files wait a moment” and it lasts for minutes.

If its small file (photo) up to 5 mb added to design it is ok to make purchase but if its more it is impossible. Can you tell me how to fix this?

I tried to delete conversion to pdf in parameters but it didnt helped

Did you added any custom code? Also install extra plugin can causes conflict issues too.

Hi,
We have just logged in to your site and try with 7MB image and it can save:

about 40 seconds because it need time to process images depend on your image size.
However can you please try change PHP settings of your server:
You need to change the value of output_buffering for you to 8192

So it may depend on your server power & PHP settings too.
