I want a page which shows categories but I cannot figure out how to do that.

What is the upload file for on the product page, it dosent do anything. and users have to click personalize, and still
the uploaded file isnt there, so why is upload feature here?

2. The upload feature if a user wants to upload a file without design online. You can disable it by deactivate Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for WooCommerce plugin
or change in WooCommerce -> Settings -> File Upload:

3. You can use the Banner List widget to create a Product Categories page manually.
WooCommerce doesn’t have a widget to display all categories.
If you want the Shop page to display only categories you can change it in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce (nearest Additional CSS) -> Product Catalog -> Shop page display
4. Because Left Menu does not have menu items equal to Right Menu and it can cause the issue.
You can use layout and set width for each container to have equal width.
