    Hi I’m using the slider revolution to edit the home-screen. I added a button but it won’t scroll to the specified ID.

    I added the Button Click “Scroll To ID” action to the button but it won’t slide to the particular page/ID on the homepage.

    How do you fix it? Thanks.

    Clicking this button won’t scroll to the 5th row on the website.
    The button (the dots) on the right side DO work though.
    I tried setting ID to 4 as well. Nothing.
    See image for reference.

    PMed you details!

    Also is there a mobile-friendly version?

    When I check the website on my phone, it’s instantly obviously it wasn’t created with mobile-first in mind, correct me if I’m wrong.

    Thank you~

    Hi,
    We logged in your site but account too low permission and we can’t see or edit the Homepage to check.
    Now you are using Home 10 Fullpage and click to section will don’t work.
    You can follow this topic:
    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49120600/click-and-scroll-fullpage-js
    Maybe in your case the JS code like this:

    $('.button-class').on('click',function() {
        $('#haru-content-main .entry-content').fullpage.moveTo(5);
    });

    You need change .button-class to your element class
    Hope this helps!

    It works! Thank you!

    Another question, is it possible to force the mobile user (someone on, say, a smartphone device viewing the website) to show a more mobile friendly theme? When I went on the website using my phone, it looked cluttered and unorganized (basically unacceptable) unlike viewing it on a desktop computer/laptop. I do understand that the theme didn’t have mobile-first in mind, so is there a way to have WordPress switch the theme to show an entirely mobile-friendly version of the website without having to duplicate posts, etc…?

    Thank you again, team!

    Hi,
    Please notice the section of desktop is full page and it have width > height.
    If on mobile use use Portrait orient. You will see only a part of section.
    That’s why we turn off this.
    The solution if you want to use 2 version for Page
    Add a row and hidden it on Mobile:
    https://prnt.sc/112dtsc
    by use Extra class: hidden-xs
    and create a Row for mobile use Extra Class: hidden-lg hidden-sm
    Our theme use Boostrap 3 and you can use some class:
    https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/css/#responsive-utilities-classes
    Hope this helps!
