I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a plugin I purchased recently, and consequently, request a refund.
While I was initially excited by the plugin’s promise of customization with Elementor, I found this to be far from the truth once I started using it. The product was advertised with a focus on its Elementor compatibility, leading me to believe I would have a broad scope of customization options. However, upon utilization, I found that this was not the case.
Only the homepage and headers are customizable with Elementor. The crucial pages such as product pages, category pages, and blog pages are not customizable with Elementor, contrary to what was advertised. They seem to be part of the theme and do not offer Elementor customization.
In the plugin’s overall features, Elementor customization is highlighted as a primary featur.
must say that I am highly disappointed by this misrepresentation. As such, the plugin, in its current state, does not serve my needs, and I kindly request a refund.
