Cannot delete files on the library

Thanks for choosing our product!
We have just checked your site and see you install some plugins are not required in our theme and one of them cause this issue.
Maybe WP Fatest Cache cause this.
You can deactivate it and try again.

The problem is with the “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugin. Once I disable that, I can delete the media. Can you help me? Sven

Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins are not required in our theme you will see Redux is working fine.
We tried to deactivate each plugin on your site and found it’s not from our required plugins.
You can check again.
