Can’t install Demo / can’t see thumbnails in DEMO IMPORTER

Hello,

I just bought Frames, I installed all plug-ins correctly, I also asked my hosting service to  change the php.ini settings as you recommended. But When I go to Demo Importer all the thumnails pictures are broken and nothing happen when I click the button “Import Demo”. Please help, your template isn’t cheap for me… I’m using Flywheel hosting.

Thank you… I really need to make my website quickly..

but the issue with images don’t display can’t come from our theme as we see in your screenshot.
