Change default home header 6

I have tried to change the header of the home page 6 doing the process as indicated in the documentation file, but the site does not take the header that I want and continues with the default header.I want to put header number 8 on home page 6.

Please note Theme Options can override by Page Metabox of each page:

So you need to edit Homepage or page have header different Theme Options:

and set to default to use setting from Theme Options:
