How to change color of header from white to black or grey? and how to edit that “Free shipping on all U.S. orders $50+” area?

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
Please make sure you installed & active all plugins are required in our theme.
Then you can easily to manager Header in Header Builder:

To make sure Header can edit with Elementor you need to check Elementor -> Settings -> Posttype (checked All Header, All Footer)
