Checkout page slow

Hi Support,

I have noticed that the woocommerce checkout is very slow.

Once I enter the card details it takes 40 secs or more to process the transaction.

There is no any busy sign ( e.g. spinning circle) that lets the customer see that it is still processing, so the customers are refreshing or paying it double, due to which it is creating lot of issues.

I contacted woocommercepayents support and they have come back to ask your theme provider to help you out on this.

Can you please help me?

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
As we see in the previous topics you added too much plugins and custom code (added to show thumbnail on checkout page,…)
So please try to deactivate all plugins are not required in our theme and custom code.
Also please check directly on our demo site:

If it loads quickly, so the issue may from your custom code or an extra plugin.

Hi support,

I did try removing all of the custom codes like show thumbnail on checkout and all but still it is slow.

The only plugin that i need to use is the tshirt designer where i have not option as it is our core software.

Is there a way to add a busy spinning logo while it is processing during the checkout to let the customer know it is busy and have to wait?

Current there is nothing which makes the customers think that nothing is processing so either they are refreshing it or paying it multiple times.

Then change settings here:

PS: we have just tried to checkout with Cash on Delivery option and it takes about 8s to 10s only.
