css issue

There are two questions

1.on the single video page, there is css style error or theme conflict (see attached file)
2.In addition, no thumbnail or preview image on the video.

The CSS issue from theme. In this case if this continue happen in future you should do it yourself.

You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this code:

.single-haru_video .bb-grid > *, .single-haru_video .bb-grid-cell {
flex: none!important;
}
.single-haru_video .bb-grid {
display: block;
}
