Custom Text Content Not Updating

I’m trying to update the phone number in the header section via the “Custom Text Content” area. It’s not refreshing. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks.

First of all, that’s seems your support time has been expired. So you need to renew it to continue get support.
About this issue we checked your site and please make sure settings at Page Options -> Header Elements on Homepage: http://idesign.idesigncs.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=17&action=edit is similar in Theme Options -> Header -> Header Customize.
In our theme have a notice that Page Options will override Theme Options. You can understand more about it follow this topic:

Why Theme Options doesn’t apply changes?

So please check it.
