After importing the demo content for version 4 (Actor) for the Circle theme, it seems to have completely broken the site/ wordpress.
There were no issues with wordpress, it was a fresh and clean (no plugins) installation before this.
I did have to modify the php version, max execution time etc to get the import to run properly, but it seemed to get imported fine once this was done – when the import finished – I was able to see all of the content without issues both on the site and in the dashboard.
However, today it seems to have broken everything. The site appears completely blank as does the wordpress login page (wp-admin). I was only able to login after disabling the theme entirely.

Ok so the front end of the site seems ok but the back-end / wordpress login is broken and the page is completely blank still… please see new screenshot (just taken).
Step by step:
– Installed wordpress on new sub-domain using c-panel supplied softalicious script
– Removed all plugins, tweaked basic settings, created a fresh and clean wordpress install
– Installed Circle theme
– Installed & activated all required plugins
– Attempted to import demo content for version 4 (Actor) – failed due to server settings
– Updated server php version, max execution time etc as per recommended settings from Haru
– Imported demo content for version 4 (Actor) successfully
– Browsed site, and wordpress dashboard, confirmed demo content imported
– Went back to the site today and cannot login via wp-admin, page is blank
– De-activated Circle theme, able to login to wordpress again
– Re-activated Circle theme, including plugins, wp-admin broken againAttachments:

We can’t debug the code with admin account.
Please use another method and enable debug of WordPress to true:
It will show what causes the error.****

When you create an FTP account you can give access to the directory install the sanj site.
You can contact your hosting provider have a tutorial for you.
However if you are testing you can use this server on the Localhost:****

We logged in and active Circle them without issue.
The issue blank page happen only when set Homepage in Settings -> Reading. So you can try by use PHP version 8.0.x and update theme & plugins to the latest version follow this: https://harutheme.com/forums/topic/manual-update-wordpress-theme-via-ftp/****

I have never had so many issues with a theme before this and I have used hundreds. And this is just with demo content. I dread to think what may happen with live site data in the future.
Whilst I appreciate your responses, the support has not helped at all and if anything, the theme has gotten more problematic.
I want a refund but I cannot see any option for this.

You already said it was working fine when you imported then the issue happen when you editing.
The support not helped because you don’t know how to create an FTP and grant permission. You can use hundreds but this is very basic for a web developer.*****
