Designer is not showing up with the shortcode

Hi, I just purchased the theme and was installing all seems to be working fine but the Designer does not launch with the shortcode in the Designer Page.

In this case please read WC Designer Pro document in the section 11 of this document:

Also the designer page not working alone. You need set it for each product like this:
https://demo.harutheme.com/pricom/product-category/design-online/
(Click on Personalize button)
