elementor không thể load được

Hi, when I installed your theme along with the plugin suggestions. i have installed and tried creating 1 elementor on the page, but when clicking customize with elementor. the elementor app keeps loading continuously. I check f12 -> consle and see “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()….. ‘admin-ajax.php’ ”
I tried disabling plugins and only until “Haru TeeSpace” was turned off. then the new elementor is used normally. Can you help me take a look?

First of all we have just tested our theme again with latest version of WooCommerce and all plugins latest version and they are working fine:

Did it working fine before you sync your media from Cloud?
We see your Media have too much images and maybe it causes your server issue.

Please try to download LocalWP and test on the Localhost.

I still use it normally from cloud data. This is my demo site. and the data is currently 1/1 with the main web. i have tried everything for the last 2 days. test results below localhost. but not feasible.
I am looking for some solution. to synchronize data with your theme. If yes, please help me.

Currently we see PHP settings of your server is too low, can you change it higher as the topic we sent above.
Also if you can send us your Cloud plugin to sync media on the Localhost for testing is the best solution.
Checking directly on your server can cause Fatal errors.
