While testing video submits, I get the error “<Tag iframe> is not allowed”. This embed link is from http://www.pornhub.com
<iframe src=”https://www.pornhub.com/embed/ph5fbaa0ce1249d” frameborder=”0″ width=”560″ height=”315″ scrolling=”no” allowfullscreen></iframe>
Also, the spacing between the breadcrumb and video player is too far apart. Font colors are not visible on the submit and video page. I try adjusting settings within the vidi plugin with no success. How can we fix those?
Thanks

HaruThemeDecember 23, 2020 at 6:36 pm #8064Thanks for the fast reply. One can now submit, but the javascript error prevents the video from playing.
For google drive, I have tried every instruction I have found online, and the google drive stream does not work.
The only video that works, is self-hosting.
For the video categories menu. When one selects an item, the numbers also need to shift to the right just like the selection.
As for youzer, once your plugin is activated, it makes youzer member’s menu bar becomes too large. deactivate your vidi and youzer members goes back to normal better-looking size.
I know you have a winning product, but you guys are missing out by not promoting it. I found out about youzer thru promotion. I got it when it was at 300 sales. they are now over 5000. I really do think your plugin is a hit. You just need to put it in front of peoples face.December 24, 2020 at 1:39 am #8067Hi,

HaruThemeDecember 24, 2020 at 1:44 am #8068Vidi is not playing well with armember membership plugin. Restricted content pages work fine, but if you type yoururl.com/video, vidi will display all video which should be restricted. Please fix so that vidi does not bypass restricted content. Thanks
December 24, 2020 at 1:55 am #8069Video categories when selected. https://prnt.sc/w8tnjh
selection shift to the right into the numbers layout.December 24, 2020 at 11:20 am #8076vidi plugin also needs to auto-generate thumbnail upon upload from google or self-hosting video. submitting a thumbnail on the submit video upload form is no good.
I use the link you supplied and google drive is working. the error was on my part, but I’m still not able to play embed video.December 24, 2020 at 4:07 pm #8083Hi,
That’s seem you want some features our plugin doesn’t support.
1. Our plugin doesn’t work with ArMember (we already said in our plugin description it working with PaidMembershipPro)
We can integrate with this plugin but it’s premium plugins and user need to buy it and this plugin don’t have much document for developer.
2. That’s the issue with your theme style. In this case we can’t support all issues with CSS because it depend on your theme.
https://demo.harutheme.com/vidio/video/
3. Auto generate thumbnail from video need extra library and some server can block it,
We don’t think select thumbnail for video is the issue and not good as you said. User can easy control their video thumbnail. But we’ll notice about this idea and research about it later.***

HaruThemeDecember 24, 2020 at 6:27 pm #8084Thanks for the reply. My other video plugin auto generate thumbnail with no issue. User Selecting thumbnail is a VERY BIG SERIOUS ISSUE. Imagine uploading a bunch of videos and one got to select each thumbnail. Just that alone will turn off buyers, the extra steps needed while one is busy keeping up their site.
Still waiting on a reply for the embed video, not playin. As far as Armember plugin. Armember and the ultimate membership pro is in use by thousands of sites. Why leave money on the table?
I understand you can’t support all CSS, but why not support the best-selling themes?. That’s what other developers do.December 24, 2020 at 10:25 pm #8085If your video displayed on a page or shortcode to create a video page, those other membership plugins would work, because they allow as to restrict by page. It seems your video is displayed in a different format. I did a search with armember and cannot find a page that is published has video.
December 26, 2020 at 4:25 am #8089Hi,
With the issue Iframe, we found the issue come from theme setup allow html.
You need go to: wp-content/plugins/haru-vidi/templates/vidi/elements/ then open file video-player-direct.php
Then go to line 226 and change the code from:
<?php echo wp_kses( $video_server_embed, 'post' ); ?>
to
<?php echo $video_server_embed; ?>
About the issue with auto generate thumbnail can you send us that plugin. So we can research and add it in our plugin?
With ArMembership can you send us that plugin and listing all your issue. We’ll try to integrate it with our plugin asap.****

We already fixed in on your site.
But we’ll don’t change it in our plugins because almost other user can get it working fine.
Maybe it depend on your theme you are using.
You can check it now.
If you updated our plugin you need to redo step above.****

HaruThemeJanuary 3, 2021 at 4:21 pm #8120Hello,
I think that change is causing 404 errors. I’m about the rebuild my site. I see too many issues with fonts not showing and the theme author keeps doing fixes that are creating other issues.January 4, 2021 at 1:48 am #8123Hi,
The issue with 404 is you don’t have that page.
The code above use to display iframe only and it can’t make 404 error.
After build site we’ll help you change it again.****
