Sorry but after deactivate all plugins not required in our theme and this issue has been resolved. Please check your installed plugin.
About Homepage if you change product categories or post, custom posttypes categories you need re select categories for shortcode like this: https://prnt.sc/pauksb.

I am currently using only those plugins that are recommended by default after theme installation.

We got the same issue as your screenshot before deactivate some plugins and after deactivate we don’t get any errors.
Please try again and clear caches.
