Haru Video Importer – change thumbnail size

The plugin imports images from youtube in the size of 480×360 (4:3). How to change it? How to choose a different format, e.g. medium 320×180 (16:9) or maxres 1280×720?? Please help!!!!

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
Currently Importer plugin automatic choose largest image as thumbnail. So if it show small image, that mean your videos doesn’t have large image as thumbnail:

Similar has function in Vimeo video import.
Now don’t have option to set video set as thumbnail at backend.
We’ll notice and research about it later.

Sorry but we checked your video with API from Youtube and it show only 3 images size here:

Maybe you need to change some settings in your video for API render image for maxres here!
We’ll research and tell you if have something new. However you should check your video first.
