Header is not displayed as the demo

I installed teespace theme on a new WP site and imported the the demo (Shop Market). I configured the PHP limits as instructed and the site runs on the latest version of PHP and WP.

This demo (Shop market) comes with the header 12 by default. However, the header looks a lot different from the original shop market demo. No top bar, no search bar, no shop icons etc.

After import, I thought I’d have the same look. Could you please tell me how I can make the header look the same as the original demo?

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
We have just logged in and change settings to Header 3 then back to Header 12 and all are working fine now.
This is the first time we got this.
We’ll check it again.
