Header on All Pages

I am trying to apply the same header across all pages and posts, but it is not showing up. I see you can select the header layout for each page but it is not working for me.

How do I apply the same header for everything?

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
In our theme have a notice that Page Options will override Theme Options. You can understand more about it follow this topic: https://harutheme.com/forums/topic/why-theme-options-doesnt-apply-changes/
That’s mean you need Edit Homepage and set all options in Page Options -> Header (Header Elements) is similar at Theme Options -> Header.
