    Hi,
First of all as we replied in many topics.
Your support time expired some years ago.
Please renew it to continue get support.
Currently our theme is working fine with WP latest version and all plugins latest version.
So one of extra plugins you installed can causes the issue.

    Hello,

Yes, sorry, I already bought the support.
Can you please help me to fix this problem or tell me which can be the cause?
I think it could also be something related to child theme, that I don´t know if it’s correctly installed.

    Thank you

    Hi,
Be default Logo in the Header mobile is child of haru-mobile-header-inner:

but in your site it have the same level:
    https://prnt.sc/asulG01gG6E4
and it cause HTML structure error.
So if you make any customize please return it to original.
When we checking your site we got this issue and can’t check anything:
    https://prnt.sc/U7kf1tBl7weC
If you haven’t customize any code, please deactivate each extra plugin you installed and check again.
Please try Google Tag Manager for WP plugin & WP Rocket plugin first.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for the advice.
The issue you get is because my hosting reaches the resource limit and gets that error. Can you please try again if you can navigate better now?

By the way, I deactivated Google Tag Manager, WP Rocket, Joinchat, Amazon Reviews and Duplicate Page plugins and the problem was still there.
I neither did any customization to the theme, so that cannot be the issue.

Is there any way to destivate child theme and go back to original theme? I tried once but the website was very misconfigured and I did not know how to set it again as it is.

Please, I need help to fix this issue, it is very annoying for my clients. Let me know if you need further information.

    Thank you

    Hi,
After can download your site to Localhost for check, we deactivate all plugins that are not required in our theme and it’s working fine here:
    https://prnt.sc/5h88e-p8tNXw
    https://prnt.sc/713Bp1yzyuOT
So the issue doesn’t come from our theme or required plugins.
Because your site is running, we suggestion these steps to resolve it.
Step 0: backup your site first and settings.
Step 1: Go to Plugins -> Installed plugins then select a list plugins (not required) in our theme and deactivate
Step 2: Clear cache & checking if your site is working fine.
Step 3: Active each plugin but WP Rocket should active at the last.
    Hope this helps!

    Hello,

Sorry for late replay, I am on business travel and did not read this until nos.

I tried deactivating all plugins except the ones required and the problem was still there.

The problem only happens when you add any product of the store to the cart. After adding, the menu is always visibles in any website’s Page.
Can you please try again with this steps? I cannot see on your screenshots any product added to the cart, and in that way yes, the website works correctly.

    Thank you

    Hi,
After your last reply we found the issue from WooCommerce Paypal Payments plugin:
    https://prnt.sc/ZykqCg6zj4PZ
You can go to settings of this plugin:
    (link in the next reply)
and disable add button for Mini Cart here:
    https://prnt.sc/iaoQJHkk7hIL
    Then all will works fine.
    Hope this helps!

    Thanks for your feedback!
It seems this plugin appended a wrong HTML syntax.
    Now it’s working fine.
