2. If you don’ have Sale Product you can delete Haru Products Top Sale shortcode and use another shortcode like Haru Products Top Rated:

That’s top bar of Theme and you can display content from Widgets -> Top Bar Left Or Top Bar Right.

However it will break structure of design. You should add search box at Header in the Left.

Sorry that’s seem you want to say about Add to cart button on each product but that’s base button function of WooCommerce and we can’t help you do it on all product.

You can’t change compare to Click For Price.
However you can use External Product like this:
