How to add border to the product grid display

i would like to ask how to add border on each product grid display? or is there any optional style to apply

Sorry for late response but we see your topic is pending and we don’t get any email about this:
In this case you can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this code:

li.product .product-inner, li.type-product .product-inner {
border: 1px solid #ededed;
}
.li.product .product-inner .product-info, li.type-product .product-inner .product-info {
padding: 15px 0 10px 10px;
}

We see you already added border on your site.
However this is maybe the better solution.
