How to change button and icon colors from red to #243665

How to change button and icon colors from red to #243665. I tried doing it from appearance with scss compiler on, but it doesn’t work.
Please check.

We see you already changed primary color before because our original color is green.
First please update theme & plugins to the latest version by follow this topic:

How to Manual Update WordPress theme via FTP

(We suggest this method because you are using child theme)
Please notice at step 4 to update plugins.
If it still doesn’t work please try to deactivate all plugins are not required in our theme and try again.
We’ll check this for you later if still happen.
