If you want to reorder Categories of Videos, because video categories will automatically order by Title when you select, so you can do some steps below:

Step 1: Choose all categories like this: https://prnt.sc/iwtw4vZY7MCC

Step 2: Change from Back Editor to Classic Mode: https://prnt.sc/gMgpmjatw4Nj
