I want to translate “ALL” expression in my language

If you are using another language (not English) you can follow this topic:

You need to translate Haru Circle Core plugin & Circle theme.
If you still using English and want to change to another string you can go to:
wp-content/plugins/haru-circle-core/templates/posttypes/video/ then open file grid.php or another file depend on your setting at admin.
You will see it on line 73 like this:

You can do it via child theme to keep your custom works when update theme:
