Hello. I did a clean installation of the latest version of WordPress and the Timespace theme with all the plugins that were specified in the instructions. The theme is installed, the site is working, but now I need to fill it and configure it, but I can’t put it into maintenance mode. I enable this option in the theme settings, but the site is still accessible from any device. What could be the problem?
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
We have just checked your site but can’t reached: https://prnt.sc/1bBrId86oDAV
Please make sure you set Online Time is greater than current time here: https://prnt.sc/N2FVoL3in2BD
Also Administrator can see your site when in maintenance mode, so you need to log out or use Incognito mode of the browser to see changes.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the quick response. I set the date and time of the action as you said and everything worked. But what if I don’t want to show the duration of the maintenance mode? if it is unknown, how long will the site be maintained?
thank you. I have one more question: in the “site health” section there is a message that pages on my site are loading too slowly (server response time 957 milliseconds) and a recommendation is shown to use a caching plugin. Which caching plugin can work best with your theme? which one can you recommend?
