Mobile Landing page glitches | Header Overflow issue | Responsiveness

Hello peeps.
So this is a weird one.
I have a list of problems which need to be addressed.
1. The website is opening like the image uploaded (Image 1).
2. It also has the position error in the left sidebar of the Menu 10. (Image 1)
4. The Top header is going out of the screen. It wasn’t happening until today when the header was fixed for my previous ticket. Thanks for that though

3. In the small screen laptops (13″) the Hotline number is moving to the next line. IF you can guide me as well on decrease the width of the search bar so the number comes in one line.

Mobile version has an issue now. Looks fine on the Laptop versions

Please note default Header from our demo will works fine.
If you added new element you need to check responsive yourself like this screenshot:
