Multiple errors with theme

Hello haru theme,

i have multiple problems with my theme

1)the favicon does not update its always the standard wp one.
2)i have deleted and reinstalled everything and now im working again on the website but all of the sudden the colors have changed to my old colors that i deleted everything even myqsl. now it shows yellow even tho i never changed the colors – how can i change theme colors now?

bonus –

i want to hide the quantity option but then the add to basket button is too short how can i get the width to 100% again so it matches the container?

Hi,
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
First of all we tried to login to your site but the account information is incorrect.
Please check it again and make sure it works.
1. About the favicon please change in Theme Options -> Logo & Favicon and use incognito mode to see changes or clear cache, session on your site.
2. You already changed color in Theme Options -> Appearance -> Color Scheme. It will generate a file style-custom.min.css in theme folder and will use this file.
Please note you need to Enable SCSS Compiler before change color.
3. You imported demo data multiple times and it cause data duplicated. You should reset database by use this plugin (If you don’t have any data to keep) before re import demo data: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
4. About add to cart button we see you reset your site now. When you already changed please send us the URL. We’ll help you check it.

Unfortunatly the favicon does not change even incognito or deleted cache.

i attached a screen shot.

Also when i deleted the theme the first timee its because i could not get the header fixed.
All of the suddon more items appeard in the header menu and i dont know how to get rid of the also seen in the screen shot.

First of all please resend us an admin account.
We can’t login to your site now to check anything now.
1. Currently we use this for favicon on our site and it’s working fine:

Please try this image, if it’s working fine, you need to use another images or change name of this.
2. About the Menu on the Header you need to change in Appearance -> Menus. Because your menu is too long it will break to 2nd line.
To manage Header you need go to Header Builder.

quick question.

I am using Polylang Pro & Polylang for Woocommerce -to translate or make multiple versions of my Website

website.com/uk/ – United Kingdom
website.com/de/ – Germany

Is there a way to translate the header & Footer?

Is there a way to disable to default header & Footer and make a custom header with Elementor, because you can translate the Elementor header with Polylang.

Because Header & Footer is custom posttype and you need to enable this settings:

Multilingual Custom Post Types and Taxonomies

It will auto translate when you switch language.

Unfortunately, this just make the complete footer and header disappear.

Is there a way to turn them off completely?

We have just tried to login to your site with the information in the author’site box but can’t login now. Please recheck admin account.
With your customization request, it’s too long and need much time to research.
We can’t do it after 25 June.
