NO RESPONSIVE

HI, I checked the website on my phone and it’ not responsive.
I bought the theme 5 days ago and I wrote you 4/5 times. I Hope this is the last time I write you ’cause otherwise I ask for a refund.

Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
First of all from demo our theme already responsive when you imported demo data:

The issue is you installed Cache plugin and one of them cause the issue:

After deactivate cache plugins, it’s working fine.
So in this case you may need clear cache of your site to see changes.
Please note the issues doesn’t come from our theme or required plugins!

I didn’t activate any unwanted plugins, now which caching plugin do you recommend for your theme?

I thought it was a cache problem but now the plugin is deactivated. Why does the featured image load twice and then disappear?

1. The account you send above can’t login anymore
2. Our theme already responsive and the issue is you installed extra plugins and one of them cause the issue.
3. If you deactivate all plugins that are not required in our theme and still have issues, we’ll return money for you.
If the issue not from our theme we don’t accept refund request!

Hi, just to be clear the plugin WP Fastes Cache was in your installation zip, I did not added it. Anyway, now it is deactivated. And there is no other plugin extra activated on the my website. Can you check why your theme is not resonsive? I still see it different on mobile.
I’ll let you the access privately in the next answer.
