please when installing the Theme I get package could not be installed

Please When I tried to install the theme, I get The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
But when I upload it through FTP, the plugins don’t come with it.
please help.
