Primary Colors are not getting implemented

When I changed my button and element colors to primary. It is still red.

First of all we see you support time has been expired and you may need to renew it to continue get support in the future (you don’t need to renew to update theme & plugins)
About your issue you need to change color in Theme Options -> Appearance -> Color Scheme.
However you are using cache plugin and you need to clear cache to see changes.
After cleared cache we see color changed on your site:
