Print Your Own page error

After creating a product, the print your own popup does not appear as in demo. it is in dark mode, not center aligned, and also has dark text invincible due to black background, can you please help me make it show like in demo?

Also, can you make ajax auto increase/decrease price when user changes quantity on cart page?

1. Please notice TeeSpace doesn’t have design for Dark Mode and this function don’t working now.

We also already notice it in the document: https://document.harutheme.com/teespace/ (section 4.5)
2. Currently the cart page use default function of WooCommerce and the price will change when you update cart.
We’ll notice to research about Ajax price change in cart page later.

Hi,
It seems you haven’t installed Dokan plugin and it cause the issue.
We have just fixed for you by go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this code:

.haru-woo-product-variations .product-variations-popup {
	background-color: #fff;
	margin: 20px auto;
}

We’ll update this in the next version for the case doesn’t have Dokan activate.

Hello, thank you very much, it helps, but there is an additional part, I don’t know if I need variation swatch plugin for this? the variation in the popup shows oval instead of round corner box.. check attached screenshot please.

Also, Can user download design directly without zip file? for example user can download jpg, png, and pdf of design and not in zip file. is it possible? or that can be looked at in the next update?

1. Currently our design use Circle for Label. If you to change you can use this CSS code for Label:

2. You can download image upload from customer follow this topic:

How to get images from WooCommerce Designer Pro plugin

It already said in our document in the section 11. So you need to read this section carefully.
About other format of design please check in the settings of WC Designer Pro.

Hello, sorry I have been away for a long time. after recent release, I have been having issues with my products. the product options do not work anymore. could you check for me please? When I select a product to personalize, even after selecting all options it still says I need to select options… Same with all products and even options in the print your own feature too.

Hi,
You are missing very basic configure of Variable Product.
You changed product attribute but you don’t change them in settings of Variable Product:

After change these settings, the product attribute display fine now.

Thank you, I think the other issue was, my WooCommerce price by measurement plugin was disabled so I enabled and it works fine now. my other problem is this, when user goes through the Print-your-own feature and clicks on add to cart in the pop-up, the product is added to cart, and they are redirected to another page with the same product asking them to add to cart again. when this happens, the product is added to cart multiple times. I have added screenshot to this.
Can it be done such that when user finished in print your own popup, the item is not added to cart until they do so on the page in the attached screenshot? this way, user will not be confused.

Also, if I find an external 3D product designer, how much would you charge to customize to make my website compatible?

and also, I have edited my footer with elementor responsive and yet the layout is misarranged on mobile view especially iPhones. I have done it and even tried to center all contents for mobile view and yet doesn’t work for me.

1. About Print Your Own feature, we’ll update it to redirect to cart page after customer configure and added it to cart in the next version (is the best solution) because now it redirect to single product as default setting of WooCommerce. We’ll update it in some next days.
2. When you found an external 3D product designer plugin, please send it to us. We’ll check compatible with our theme for you.
3. Because Elementor doesn’t auto generate CSS file for it. You can fix it by go to Elementor -> Tools then Regenerate CSS & Data & Sync Library
