Problem when installing purchased theme pangja

Hello,

I need help.

I’m trying to install the theme and it gives me an error. The mistake is:
It was not possible to create the directory /var/www/vhosts/sdiconverting.es/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/pangja/

The theme installation failed.

I have increased the performance settings of php 7.2.20
memory_limit
128M (Default)
max_execution_time
180
max_input_time
180
post_max_size
32M
upload_max_filesize
32M

But I can’t install the theme either.

Please I need urgent help or I will not be able to start my work.

Hi,
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
This issue come from your server cause WordPress can’t create directory when install theme.
You should contact your hosting provider help you change permission of directory install WordPress. Then you can install theme and import demo data.
