When I go to edit my T-shirt and choose the black color, it shows me a white T-shirt.

About your question have 2 cases:
1. If you created a product image can change color follow this:

You can set Product Layout type is Product Color and it will auto change Color as demo:

About the size of Designer you can set in WC Designer Pro -> Parameter the select parameter you want to edit.
You can set output width or height:

However you can’t measure the images added by customer directly on the designer.

About image sizes.
Is there any possibility to install a grid where the customer could insert his print? Because a 9cm print costs us 10 euros, and a larger 9cm print would cost more, and it would be difficult to measure how high and wide the print should be.

In this case we have this solution.
1. Create product attribute with option 9cm or larger 9cm
2. When create Product -> WCDP Actions:

You can set Bleed Area settings to fit what you need.
