Question about thumbnail size

1. I have regenerate all my thumbnail. However, there is one problem, as you can see in my site here: http://www.jenniferbeals.cn/category/fans-works/

The thumbnails for each post come with the same width, but not the height (since the orginal picture is not the same size of course ). Is it possible to force them to be cropped to the same height automatically?

Hi,
The image size in Settings -> Media.
However it will keep original ratio.
Please try use this plugin:

Simple Image Sizes
