I’m seeing some strange behavior where every element I create on the backend displays twice on the frontend.

I have just checked your site and see it’s working fine:

Home – XC – 2018Jun15

That’s seem it happen when you don’t choose footer in Theme Options.
When you set footer in Theme Options. It’s working fine now.
Now it display only one: http://prntscr.com/jvlkhx
