Style sheet not updating

Dear Sir,

I am updating the style sheet but changes are not reflecting on website.. i have checked on many browser and clear the history and cookies many times but it is not happening.. Even i have delete the style sheet from server but the site is working as before..

I am looking to hide the rates on website.. and added the code display : none but it is not working. and checking the css file online there are no changes are reflecting on css file.. please check the issue and resolve
