the footer does not adapt to mobile devices

Good evening, I have a problem with the footer of the template. As you can see in image 1 is the view from my computer which looks perfect with the mobile adaptation simulation. And directly in image 2 you can see how it looks from a mobile device, the footer does not look correct, the three blocks are followed and it does not fit the device as seen in the simulation of image 1. Please I request your support to solve this thank you very much

This is the issue of Elementor.
You need to go to Elementor -> Tools -> Regenerate CSS like this:
