Translations of project information boxes

Hi There,

I have difficulties while translating my projects. The video information items have disappeared and I can not get them back, no matter, what I try. What I would like to do is copy all contents and then translate them.

Can you help?

All my additional contents have gone, respectively do not show in the backend. On the frontend they are still visible.

I do not know, if the upload worked, so here are my screenshots again. As you can see, the meta information (backend: Information 1 etc.) and the “Impressionen” (backend: Image 1 etc.) are shown when viewing the page but not in the backend.

Hi,
Did you duplicate video?
If it doesn’t work you should to change it manually or try another plugins as we suggested above.

The problem is, that now I do not see the contents in any of my videos.

Hi,
We checked your site and see need go to: wp-content/plugins/haru-filmmaker/includes/libraries/cmb2-conditionals/ then open file cmb2-conditionals.js
Go to line 286 and change the code from:
CMB2ConditionalsInit( '#post', '#post .cmb2-wrap' );
to
CMB2ConditionalsInit( '#post .cmb2-wrap' );
We changed for you and it’s working fine now.
However in our dev site and demo site it already working fine without change anything.

Sorry, but I still do not see the contents in the backend. What happens, if the theme is updated? Will the changes be part of the update? Or do I have to manually keep track?

Hi,
Please clear cache at admin to see changes.
Currently when update theme you don’t need to update Haru Frames plugin and it will works without issues.
If have another customer have the same issue, we’ll check and update it in Haru Frames plugin.

Clearing of cache did not change anything. All meta information is blanked out in the backend but still visible on the frontend.
