    Hello

We have had a problem in the designs of our site, we had designed several sections and pages with Elementor Pro and suddenly the designs have been misconfigured in different sections.

In the Elementor editing view everything is correct, but in the published page everything is misplaced and misconfigured in size and position.

We have tried clearing the cache of the entire site, updating the Pricom theme and plugins, deactivating plugins, reinstalling demos… and nothing works.

Can you tell us what could be due and what would be the solution?

We have created an admin user for your access

    Thank you

    Hi,
Thanks for contacting us and choosing our product!
Currently we checked our theme with the latest version of Elementor and all are working fine.
So did you customized any code in our theme?
Also so you remember this issue happen after what did you do.
We have just checked your site but don’t see anything stranger (only have bug with js when you enable Recaptcha).
You can provide step to step to get this issue.

    Hello

No code in the theme was changed.

We are starting with the design, we have just made some changes in the Home, slider and footer

If you have been able to verify, in the Elementor edition everything is placed correctly and in the published page it is misplaced.

The home is the “Home 6” demo, all the fields are in the same place that they have it, we have only modified the text, we do not touch appearance or styles

    Hi,
We have just deactivate Revolution Slider plugin and it’s working fine.
So in this case maybe you changed wrong content in Revolution Slider and should check it.
You can create a new Blank Slider and check. If it’s working fine you need to check your content in Revolution Slider.

    good morning

In the home slide we have only changed the texts to our language, we have used its template for now to give a temporary aesthetic until we have more than 10,000 products uploaded to the online store.

I don’t know what the change that produced the conflict will have been. When we advance further in the design we will make a blank one, for now we will leave the page without a slide since we are uploading products.

If you could check what creates the conflict, it will help us not to make the mistake again, as I indicated, we have used your template and images, we have more web pages with Revolution Slider and we have not had this problem.

    Thanks for the help

    Hi,
You insert many HTML tag with wrong syntax here:
    https://prnt.sc/13dwiCxKlXgn
You should break to another layer & use font style here:
    https://prnt.sc/b5FFcw1wWOJz
    Then all will works fine.
Please don’t use HTML code if you don’t make sure it’s correct because it can break your site.
If you need check HTML syntax you can see it here:
    https://www.w3schools.com/html/
    Hope this helps!

Thank you very much for reviewing it.

We do not know why this happens, we will review it so that it does not happen again
