Video is playing 12 seconds of black before playing

Hi,

On my home page I have a couple of sample videos, when playing the videos it’s playing 12 seconds of black before the counter resets and starts to play the video normally. Can someone help me with this as to why it’s happening and what I can do to fix it?

After some more investigation it appears that this is only happening on apple devices using safari, Chrome on my macbook and edge on my PC appears to be working ok.

Here’s what I’m seeing

This has been tested on multiple iPhones and iPad on various different connections, my own connection is a 1gbps connection. It works fine from PC on the same network.

We have just checked your site on iPhone and it’s not autoplay as your video and the issue doesn’t happen.
Can you please tell what devices, OS version and browser you are using for test.
