Virtual Tours Embed

Hi, I’m trying to embed a virtual tour from Kuula. They offer two different codes for embedding, one being a JS script, the other being iframe. Both gave me the same result, the tour appears on the page but isn’t working. The same tour worked well on another WordPress website I had until recently, so I assume the issue is probably coming from the theme. Any idea what could be causing this or to fix it?
